Soulhat to perform at Keep Austin Weird Fest

Soulhat will perform at this year’s Keep Austin Weird Fest, a 5K and festival sponsored by RunTex, on June 16. The event features the 5K (of course…) plus live music, food, local businesses, tents and contests, and will last all day Saturday. Doors open at Republic Square Park at 11 a.m. and close at 10 p.m.

Music performances are scheduled to include the aforementioned Soulhat as well as Bob Schneider, Alejandro Escovedo, South Austin Jug Band, Patricia Vonne, The Steps and Amy Cook. Food vendors include the Austin Farmer’s Food Market, Lambert’s, Amy’s Ice Cream, Salt Lick BBQ and Austin’s Pizza, as well as the best local businesses featured in the Austin Chronicle’s “Best of Biz-aar”!
