1. TONIGHT at the Saxon Pub
2. McVein on the Web
3. McVein in Houston and Dallas
4. On the Green: Golf Tips

1. If you haven’t caught Kevin McKinney’s Semi-Acoustic Trio and/or Quartet, then tonight is the night. Come out to the Saxon Pub for rock and roll that oozes with soul. Kev may have some guests, so be sure to get to the Saxon by 10p – don’t miss a beat!

2. Kevin doubled up his web presence with updates on www.soulhat.net. Chocolate Records is the other web home – www.chocolaterecords.com/swix – you can listen to MP3s and buy the CD with any major credit card. Check ’em out.

3. CD Release Week continues with shows in Houston and Dallas. If you have any friends in Space City, send them down to the Satellite Lounge on Thursday, as Kevin opens up for Bob Schneider with a solo set of “Green” tunes and more. Saturday Kev, Sniz and Johnny will be at Club DADA with SpaceTruck.

4. “The club is indirectly tied to the shoulders, therefore shoulder movement will determine the direction the club will travel. The left shoulder sets up the backswing by rotating down and under the chin. This shoulder movement directs the clubhead travel to the inside of the target line. The shoulder turn determines the length of the backswing.” – Tom Ward www.worldgolf.com/protips/tomward/ward4.html
